Disney Cruise Line has unveiled exciting new details about the Disney Imagination Garden, a magical centerpiece aboard the highly anticipated Disney Adventure, set to sail from Singapore in 2025. This immersive, open-air garden will be the heart of the ship, offering guests a vibrant and whimsical experience inspired by 100 years of Disney’s iconic storytelling.
A Magical Oasis at Sea
The Disney Imagination Garden promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience, transporting guests into the beloved worlds of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel. Set against a stunning three-deck-tall storybook castle, this garden will feature colorful landscapes reminiscent of a classic pop-up storybook. Guests can explore decorative foliage, shaped topiaries, and cascading vines, all interwoven with scenic props like towering trellises and twinkling lanterns. The enchanting space will include two quick-service eateries, a charming bar, and garden-view staterooms, offering guests both culinary delights and breathtaking views.
“Disney Imagination Garden is the heart and soul of the Disney Adventure, where our guests will interact with our Disney, Pixar, and Marvel stories in a whole new way,” said Laura Cabo, portfolio executive creative director at Walt Disney Imagineering. “The size and scale of this space provided us with so many opportunities to dream big and try new things with our experiential design, creating first-of-a-kind experiences for our guests, from all-new entertainment to delicious dining and lots of magical surprises sprinkled throughout.”
A Stage for Storytelling
The Garden Stage will be the focal point of Disney Imagination Garden, where live performances will bring beloved Disney stories to life. A grand staircase, doubling as amphitheater-style seating, will lead guests to the top of the garden, where a courtyard bar awaits, surrounded by storybook-themed trees and a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse topiary. This unique design creates an enchanting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy the magic around them.
A Grand Adventure Awaits
The Disney Adventure, launching from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in 2025, will offer families three- and four-night voyages filled with endless entertainment and luxury without ever leaving the ship. The Disney Adventure will feature seven uniquely themed areas, including Disney Discovery Reef, San Fransokyo Street, Wayfinder Bay, Town Square, Marvel Landing, and Toy Story Place, each teeming with characters and experiences that only Disney can deliver.
The ship, with a passenger capacity of approximately 6,700 and a crew of around 2,500, will be one of the largest in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. Guests can choose from a variety of staterooms, including ocean-view and promenade-view rooms, as well as exclusive concierge accommodations that offer access to private areas, luxury amenities, and personalized service.
