With 194 cruise ship on order set to debut between now and 2027, there are bound to be some fantastic onboard amenities introduced on these new ships! Although many of these ships features have not been revealed here are a few of our favorites so far!
1) Carnival Mardi Gras: Bolt Roller Coaster Remember the days when we would joke about one day there being a roller coaster on a cruise ship? Well, there is nothing to joke about now because Carnival is doing just that! Bolt will reach up to 40 MPH along a track 187 feet above the ocean's surface! Watch the video below!
2) Norwegian Encore: Galaxy Pavilion It is one thing to have a laser tag but another to have an augmented reality laser tag. Norwegian Encore will be the first ship to bring Augmented Reality to sea when they debut their laser tag experience onboard NCL Encore! Learn more below!
3) Scarlet Lady: The Galley Virgin Voyages is putting an end to cruise ship buffets! In addition to other incredible dining experiences, Virgin will ditch the buffet entirely and introduce the first "food court" style venue. The Galley onboard Scarlet Lady will allow guests to have made to order food 24/7! Check out some renderings of "The Galley" below.
4) Carnival Panorama: Sky Zone The last Vista-class ship, the Panorama, will debut in 2019 and will feature the first indoor trampoline park at sea, Sky Zone!
